She completed her bachelors degree in science, in which she was all India gold medallist/topper, and her masters in human resource management. In her previous role, she led the HR and recruitment functions at a reputed IT consultancy and services firm in the City of London where she set up a world class operation and played an instrumental role in rapid growth of the company. Prior to this she has worked in senior-level HR, business development, marketing and consulting roles in several blue-chip companies. After pursuing a highly successful career abroad she relocated from London to her home town, Lucknow, to start Bridge the Brains.
